Therefore no liability or guarantee can be assumed for the currentness, accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Storage of access data in server log files

You can visit our website without disclosing any personal information. We only store access data in so-called server log files, e.g. the name of the requested file, the data and time of access, data volume transmitted and the requesting provider. This data is analysed exclusively to ensure the smooth operation of the website and to improve our offering and does not allow us to draw any conclusions about your person.

We collect personal data when you contact us (e.g. by contact form or by e-mail) and voluntarly disclose this data to us. The data that is collected can be seen in the respective input forms, and we adhere here to the principles of data reduction and data economy. We use the data disclosed by you for the purpose of contract execution processing your enquiries. When the contract has been finally executed, your data will be blocked for further use and erased, unless you have given your express consent to the further use of your data or we have reserved the right to any additional use of the data that is permitted by law.

Disclosure of personal data

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent. Exceptions to this are only made for our service partners, who we need for the execution of the contract, if there is a requirement by law to disclose or the disclosure is necessary for any prosecution and is permitted by law. In these cases we adhere strictly to the requirement of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). The amount of data that is transferred is limited to the minimum necessary.

Use of cookies

In order to make our website attractive to visit and enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called "cookies" on various pages. These are small text files which are stored on your device. Some of the cookies used by us are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after your browser is closed (session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and allow us to recognise your browser the next time you visit (persistent cookies). You can cet the browser so that you are informed whenever cookies are placed and decide individually whether to accept them, or you can accept cookies in certain cases or generally exclude cookies. If cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Contact form

When you contact us using the contact form on our website, data is transferred in encrypted form in order to ensure that this data is adequately protected.

Newsletter

Newsletters are mailed to our customers. Interested persons and non-customers only receive the Stuber team newsletter upon express request. By subscribing to the newsletter, the user consents only to his e-mail address and the interests indicated being used for the mailing of the newsletter. Our marketing e-mails (newsletter, invitations, special offers, surveys by e-mail) are managed and sent using the e-mail marketing solution Selligent. Personal data collected when you register for the newsletter is stored in Selligent's computers. Selligent is bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

In every newsletter we offer the opportunity to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Your e-mail address is used only to mail our own information. We do not disclose your address to thir parties.

The click behaviour on hyperlinks in e-mails and on websites is recorded.

Social plugins & social media

The social media buttons of the relevant platforms are only integrated into our website as icons, which only establish a connection with and send data to the respective provider when you click on them. If you do not click on the icon, no data is exchanged between you and the providers of the social media buttons.
Further information on the collection and use of your data by the social networks can be found in the privacy policies and terms of use of the relevant providers.

Google Analytics

The component Google Analytics (with anonymisation function) is integrated into our website. Google Analytics is a web analysis service. Web analysis is the collection and analysis of data on the behaviour of visitors to websites. A web analysis service covers among other things data on the website from which a data subject came to a website (so-called referrer), on the pages of the website that are accessed or how often and for how long you visited a page. A web analysis is used mainly to optimise a website and for the cost-benefit analysis of internet advertising.

Google Analytics also places a cookie on the data subject’s IT system. It has already been explained above what cookies are. Cookies are used to store personal information, for example the access time, the place from where the website was accessed and the frequency of visits to our website by the data subject. Every time our website is visited, this personal data, including the IP address of the internet connection used by the data subject, is transferred to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may under some circumstances disclose this personal data collected by technical means to third parties.

The data subject can prevent the placement of cookies by our website, as explained above, at any time by adjusting the settings of the internet browser used accordingly and permanently opt out from the placement of cookies. Such a setting in the internet browser used would also prevent Google from placing a cookie on the data subject’s IT system. In addition, a cookie that has already been placed by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the internet browser or other software programme; we point out to the user, however, that in this case he will not have full use of all of the functions on this website. The user can find out how Google uses the data collected at the following link: https://www.google.ch/policies/privacy/partners.

Google Tag Manager

Our website uses Google Tag Manager. Using this service, website tags can be managed via a user interface. Google Tool Manager only implements the tags. This means that no cookies are placed, and no personal data is collected. Google Tool Manager triggers other tags, that can collect data if applicable. Google Tag Manager does not access this data, though. If a deactivation has taken place at domain or cookie level, this will be effective for all tracking tags provided that these are implemented using Google Tag Manager.

Use of Google Maps

This website integrates maps of the service Google Maps provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Through the use of these maps, data on the use of the map functions by visitors is also collected, processed and used by Google.

Google Maps’ terms of use can be found at this link: https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html

For further information on data processing by Google, please read Google’s privacy policy at this link: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Selligent Marketing Cloud

This website uses functions of Selligent Marketing Cloud, operated by Selligent SA. Selligent SA is a European company based in Belgium. Selligent Marketing Cloud is used for sending marketing e-mail campaigns. The recipient can ask to be removed from the distribution list every time an email is sent. Selligent Marketing Cloud also uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie on your use of this website will be transferred to and stored on a server of Selligent SA in Belgium. As explained above, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website and the processing of this data by deactivating the placement of cookies or deleting the cookies placed in the browser.

Consent by parents

Children and young people under the age of 18 should not disclose any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or guardians.

Final

By using this website you declare that you agree with our privacy policy in the manner described and for the purposes stated.
